Benefits Compliance Coordinator
Kelly & AssociatesInsurance Group in Sparks, MD is seeking an individual to coordinate KELLY Compliance efforts underthe leadership of SVP Compliance and Manager of Benefits Compliance.
Responsibilitiesinclude; Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of all KELLY Compliancepublications, including the KELLY Bulletin and KELLY Compliance Alerts, Developand maintain infrastructure for KELLY Compliance Library (including an FAQinterface for team members), Prepare and maintain state of the art compliancebindersA' for KBS large group clients, assist Manager of Benefits Compliance inperforming compliance audits/tracking basic compliance issues for KBS clients,draft Business Associate Agreements, Plan Services Agreements, and NDAs forKELLY Benefit Strategies, ensure all KBS clients maintain up-to-date KBS PlanService Agreements (PSAs) and Business Associates Agreements (BAAs) by usingtracking system, monitor KELLY Compliance questions to ensure timely customerservice is provided, review and prepare responses to basic KELLY Compliancequestions.
Escalate questions as appropriate, assist 5500 Manager in reviewingSummary Annual Reports (SARs) for accuracy, complete other miscellaneous dutiesand special projects as assigned by management.
