The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Technical Specialist role will facilitate a variety of mailroom tasks to ensure high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment and will be well organized, able to multitask, a go-getter with a positive work ethic. This career-oriented candidate will have a strong attention to detail and will maintain the highest levels of customer care while satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment. Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
Sort and prepare mail for scanning
Label documents to prep for scanning
Scan documents
Track and report daily activity
Work directly with the customer on questions and concerns
Be able to work Independently
Perform various Mail Center activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup of mail and small packages)
Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and safety procedures
Take direction from supervisor or site manager
Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned, filing, outgoing shipments
Operating mailing, copy or scanning equipment
Shipping & Receiving
Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred)
Experience with prepping and scanning documents
Experience running mail posting equipment a plus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Lifting up to 55 pounds with or without accommodations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
