Responsibilities include:
Providing enterprise solutions, building consensus and executing solutions while providing architectural oversight for deployment of microbiology diagnostic systems
Lead large-scale infrastructure design efforts and evaluation of design options
Deliver architectures that support the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting customer's business needs based upon standard BDDS solutions
Scoping and architecting of infrastructure solutions
Lead in conceptual / planning level of the application architecture in collaboration with other architects and technical teams
Lead/participates on multi-functional development teams
Providing key architecture vision, roadmap, integration and problem solving at an enterprise level
Leading technical teams in the delivery of challenging technical infrastructure solutions
Collects, interprets and documents system requirements
Requires a BS degree in Informational Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with an emphasis in Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience
Requires Cisco Certification CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert)
Minimum of 5 years work experience with Microsoft IIS Servers. Configuration, deployments, load balancing, administration of web servers
Requires experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. ? medical, defense, aerospace, finance, etc.) ? previous medical development experience is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of work experience with MS SQL Server. Configuration, clustering, synchronization, administration
Minimum of 5 years of work experience with Networking concepts, LAN packet decoding and design. Firewall, load balancing, security, LAN/WAN/VLAN, administration
Minimum of 5 years of work experience with and working knowledge of High Availability systems, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity (architecting solutions)
Minimum of 5 years of work experience with architecting network systems, server, and software solutions IT architecture, design, and documentation
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills required
Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
3+ years work experience with Storage concepts, SAN, RAID
5+ years work experience with DNS, Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign on, Group Policy Objects, security policies
10+ years work experience with Windows Server 2008 R2 and up. Windows 7 and up
HCISPP (HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner) or CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) or equivalent

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
