Supplier Administrator

Element Fleet Management is seeking an Supplier Administrator to join their Billing Payment Services team. As an Supplier Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to our North American Dealer maintenance payment inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. You will apply your experience and knowledge to make decisions on a case by case basis in order to properly Submit requests to AP or BPS Payment Processing team for payment and billing corrections. You will work with the team in other as needed projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To respond to all North American Dealer maintenance payment inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
Submit requests to AP or BPS Payment Processing team for payment and billing corrections.
Processes Dealer maintenance invoices when necessary accurately summarize adjustments needed in the Maintenance system.
Submit AP requests for voids, banking information and stop payments in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience in billing
Experience in Accounts Payable a must
Proficient with MS Office and Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in Adobe Pro preferred
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, organize and prioritize work
Ability to research, resolve problems and make independent judgments
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers
Attention to detail, good data entry skills, problem solving skills helpful
Understanding of automotive language preferred.
Great communication skills needed in order to support a vast audience of suppliers

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
