Job Description
Works independently to specify, plan, design, develop, test and support software components.
Implement new software component designs or enhancements to existing software products; leads in the implementation of more complex subsystems and systems.
Be hands-on to mentor a team of software developers to create high quality, robust software under an FDA compliant product development process.
Demonstrate proper coding including maintainability, reuse, unit testing, and commenting, driving standards within the team.
Review and generate design documentation following all regulatory and quality standards and ensuring technical team compliance.
Lead technical design and code reviews ensuring compliance to architecture, coding, and design and commenting standards. Provide clear, actionable feedback for project team members.
Provide subject-matter expertise with regards to the architecture and design of application, mobile, and cloud platforms that meets defined technology, security, network, privacy and compliance requirements.
Contributes to project schedule generation including scope of work, duration of tasks, and order of execution
Adhere to all quality management system and regulatory requirements.
Ensures compliance to BD quality standards and conveys an expectation of high software quality
Required Education, Experience, and Knowledge
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
10 years' experience in software development, systems & architecture concepts and designs
5 years' experience as a Technical Lead
Experience in both back-end and front-end technologies, and familiarity with each layer of the software stack.
Experience with Microsoft development using Visual Studio, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET , SQL Server, PowerShell, and Azure to produce complete solutions.
Experience architecting and designing integrated software/hardware systems
Experience with web oriented concepts and technologies: HTML, AJAX, REST APIs.
Experience with JavaScript and Angular 2 or 4, D3, Bootstrap and JQuery frameworks
Understanding of Service-Oriented Architectures and Restful interface implementation
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and deployments
Understanding of distributed development and object-oriented programming techniques.
Understanding of networking and network protocols
Experience writing reusable unit tests
Action oriented with a focus on results
Demonstrated positive work ethic with a strong commitment to achieving project goals
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Entity Framework and LINQ
Mobile application development and deployment (iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
Experience with distributed database architecture and implementation
Experience in Agile development including SCRUM
Experience with hardware and software instrument integration
Experience working in a regulated (FDA) environment with medical instrumentation is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
