Fleet Partner Solutions - Partner

As the FPS Partner you will be the primary point of contact and decision maker with their assigned clients. They will provide resolutions and support, as well as assist the clients with any day to day questions in the operation of their fleet. They are a strategic player that will employ their soft skills as well as their analytical skills to provide resolutions, recommendations and support at all levels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Account Manager on client strategy, business review and input, as well as support them with all client meetings.
Assist the Account Manager with customer reporting needs ? exception and custom reporting requirements to ensure completion and compliance
Create action plans, use tracking tools and technology to ensure all client needs are met while reporting back to the customer at regular intervals
Partner cross-functionally with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction is top priority
Act as the liaison with internal departments to ensure client requirements are completed within benchmark, as well as identifying areas for improvement
Understand the client's business and fleet requirements to make valuable recommendations for policy updates, billing, vehicle ordering, reporting and communication channels that are most applicable to the client and their drivers
Create and maintain client policy documents for all internal departments to reference when conducting work on behalf of the client and review parameters on a regular basis to ensure best practices are in place
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Political Science, Business Administration or equivalent Highly Preferred but not required
A minimum of 2-3 year of B2B Customer Service Experience
Self-motivated and professional team player who is willing to take risks/chances
Experience with working on cross-functional and inter-departmental projects to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with General knowledge/understanding of project management methodologies/tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at a high level
Proven commitment to accuracy and excellence, attention to detail required
Excellent verbal and written communications skills essential for this role
A proven history of creating action plans, while utilizing tracking tools and technology to ensure all client needs are met as well as communicated back to the customer

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
