Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness will have global oversight for organization effectiveness and employee engagement, including employee communication, change management, high performance culture continuity and organizational design. As a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, this Senior Director develops strategies and operational programs that drive engagement and increase productivity across the global organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication & Change
Oversee global employee communication vision, strategy and framework that aligns and integrates with the McCormick vision, mission, principles and shared values
Own and oversee established global internal employee communication community of practice (Global Employee Communication Network)
Develop and operationalize global employee messaging, in consultation with senior HR leaders, Corporate Branding and Communications, and our most senior business leaders
Identify and develop Best-in-Class communication and collaboration infrastructure, methodology, processes while leveraging/optimizing existing employee communication forums and tools
Provide strategic and operational communication and change leadership support for transformational global priorities
Partner with the organization's Change Management Lead to embed and ensure a consistent change management framework, approach and tools
Employee Engagement and Culture
Provide thought leadership, program development and operational oversight for measuring, improving and driving employee engagement
Leverage technology to benchmark and design employee engagement surveys and pulse checks delivering insights and solutions to drive employee engagement
Oversee strategy, program design, and operational framework for employee recognition programs
Lead employee engagement programs and activities that align to and drive organizational cultural and sustainability priorities to include employee charitable giving programs and events
Lead and drive high-performance culture by aligning leaders to cultural and productivity enablers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Communications, Change Management or related field
Senior level experience leading employee communication, change and/or employee engagement in a global organization
Global experience and perspective
As an individual contributor, experience leading and influencing (directly and indirectly) leaders and employees at all levels, including the most senior level executives in the organization
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing global organizational effectiveness, communication, change and/or employee engagement programs that increase productivity and respond to business unit and functional needs
Experience leading and driving a vision, as well as developing strategies and operational plans that support a global organization
Extensive knowledge and thought leadership in organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, employee change and communications
Strategic thinking and thought leadership with experience preparing and focusing an organization on a path to a competitively advantaged future state
Excellent leadership and influencing skills including experience effectively leading complex projects and navigating through complex situations to successful completion
Self-motivation with a level of energy that rallies a team around strategies
Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA and/or Master's degree in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Communications, Change Management or related field
HR generalist experience
Multiple language proficiency
Experience in a high-performance culture
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience managing change through acquisitions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
