Sr. Manager, Inside Sales

Job Description SummaryThe Sr. Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for leading and managing the non-field based sales organization for Diagnostic Systems. This sales leader will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams in developing and executing the commercial strategy for DS products and services across acute and non-acute markets.
Job Description
Coordinate and implement business strategies through a non-field based sales team to achieve the revenue, profitability, and contract renewal objectives for assigned instrumentation, service and reagent product lines.
Promote the ongoing development of his /her sales team and to identify, develop and export talent. Provide sales mentoring and training of "best practices" associated with technical product knowledge, competitive positioning and value selling. Coordinate and direct territory targeting and planning efforts.
Work cooperatively with Regional Business Managers, National Account Mangers and Commercial marketing managers to achieve the business objectives and to effectively implement the key tactics of our Sales and Marketing Action Plan for BD Diagnostic Systems.
Provide accurate and timely funnel of product/service sales and instrument contract renewals by revenue for the team.
Lead the inside sales team in driving optimal and accurate monthly and quarterly forecast.
Engage in joint sales phone calls with assigned sales specialist to coach and improve the sales, lead generation and customer support skills; accelerate the sales cycle and overall performance of the sales team.
Team Leadership ? provide coaching and mentoring for a high performing team
BA or BS degree, MBA preferred.
Knowledge and experience within the healthcare industry and basic principles of management and business administration.
Minimum 7 years in Healthcare industry with demonstrated skills in areas of leadership and team effectiveness, sales strategy development/implementation, medical products distribution and sales effectiveness.
Experience in leading inside telesales team ? preferred.
Demonstrates Matrix Leaderships (leading effectively without direct line of supervision).
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Able to successfully facilitate dialog between non-aligned parties.
Manages contentious situations, objectively.
Provides compelling rationale for point of view, facilitates diverse thinking and remains open minded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen ability to link market dynamics to strategy.
Can operate both at a strategic and tactical level.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
