Customer Support, Tangier

Tangier Scheduling Software, a QGenda company, is currently hiring for the position of Level 1 Customer Support. The perfect candidate for this position will have strong critical thinking skills, a helpful attitude, and will provide outstanding customer service.

Our software is used by thousands of hospital departments around the world to automatically generate the most optimized physician work schedules to accommodate complex business rules and accurately schedule the appropriate medical provider based on their skill level, specialty, availability, and preferences.
This position is located in Sparks, Maryland.
Responsibilities:
  • Primary phone support (answers on 1st/2nd ring)
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves client problems with an energetic and positive attitude
  • Maintains communication with the Production team regarding technical and security issues
  • Data entry as delegated
  • Assists with projects assigned by Implementation Manager
  • Rework existing client sites
  • Assist with product testing and additional tasks as needed
Required Skills/Experience:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Proficient with email, voicemail, & Google Docs

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
