Work Description:
Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of development programs, responsible for delivering on quality, cost and schedule to exceed customer expectations.? This will include:
Understanding and translating requirements into a program plan
Communicating that plan to team members and customer
Reporting program status to company management,
Lead technical efforts and directing expert staff to insure quality of product and
Preparing detailed schedule and manpower plans that can be integrated into the overall group staffing plans.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Required:
BS in engineering with 10 years experience that includes work in battery industry
Must have demonstrated program leadership skills, with at least 5 years experience leading engineering teams.
Ability to work at both concept development level and detailed product design is required.
Excellent communication skills required, encompassing direct customer interaction, proposal/report writing and presentation skill.
Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate self-motivation and good problem solving skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
