Minimum 3 years facility experience as a building maintenance mechanic, HVAC technician or stationary engineer Ability to read MEP drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) Familiar with HVAC systems, building fire protection and safety systems Experienced licensed fork lift driver Ability to work with little supervision Able to lift 50 lbs Able to climb stairs and ladders Stationary engineering license a plus but not required Description of Work:
Responsible for greeting and escorting various contractors, building security and fire protection, repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, responding to customer requests to set up rooms for meetings and events Drive forklift.
Interface with general contractor and representative to provide guidance based on mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
