External Communications Support
Assists in the creation and delivery of PHH Online, PHH eNews, Driver News, and Product News
Utilizes Site
executive
and Joomla for file postings, removals, and edits to PHH Intranet and web
Oversees intranet platform and structure
Updates internal marketing (visitor slide) content in multiple locations and coordinate logistics for 'Perfect Visit' client visits
Assesses local PR opportunity and responds accordingly
Assists Communications and Digital Media with digital communications tasks and projects
Digital Media Implementation
Crafts video content, oversees editing and distribution process
Assists Marketing with bounce back maintenance and notification, list/segment creation, list scrubbing, and campaign reporting
Coordinates and delivers social media content via HootSuite and oversees social content calendar
Assists Marketing with research for client stories, presentation updates, intranet updates, and product sheet updates
Assists Marketing with ad hoc research and business requests
Campaign Execution
Assists Marketing with campaign communication and distribution
Requirements
Education and Experience
Min. Education required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Min. Experience required: 3-5+ years experience in a Marketing/Communications role; 2+ years experience with Digital Marketing tools
Knowledge and Competencies
Must be high energy, able to problem solve, work independently in a changing environment with numerous aggressive deadlines and priorities; meticulous and thorough attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness
Superior time management, project management, and organizational skills; ability to drive action of the efforts of team members to on-time and accurate execution of deliverables
Able to work collaboratively across disciplines to drive appropriate prioritization and execution and achieve marketing/communications and organizational objectives
Must be tech savvy; have experience with web editing tools, email marketing tools, social media, and project management software. Experience with Eloqua is a plus. Must be skilled in all areas of Microsoft Office

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
