Summary:
We are a growing franchise group looking to add a Recruiter to our centralized team located in Sparks, MD.
The Recruiter will work as a member of the Human Resources team focusing on the execution of the organization's talent recruitment process.
The Recruiter will assume ownership of all talent recruitment functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Our ideal candidate will possess recruiting experience along with the hustle and drive to attract and build a dynamic team at the Team Wall group of franchises! The Recruiter will collaborate with leadership and department managers on a regular basis to identify current and future staffing needs, being a strategic partner in attracting candidates utilizing a variety of sources and social platforms to reach the greatest pool of qualified candidates.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Successfully attract, recruit, and hire quality candidates for all Team Wall open positions.
Identify effective sources to attract talent and execute strategy, thinking outside of the box to attract a variety of candidates while being respectful of budgetary guidelines.
Build and foster strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Partner with internal department managers to determine staffing needs, plan and execute.
Serve as Team Wall point of contact (POC) for all applicants and agencies and maintain contact throughout the hiring process.
Perform initial phone screens and recommend candidates for further consideration.
Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and hiring best practices.
Educate hiring managers on effective and appropriate interviewing techniques, ensuring managers and interviewers have the tools to complete interviews successfully.
Establish and build community relationships to construct a recruitment pipeline of talent.
Participate in organizational planning to design an effective recruitment strategy.
Ensures timely and accurate completion of new employee hiring procedures.
Requirements 3-5 years' experience performing full cycle recruitment Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Communications, or related concentration Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems Proficiency in MS Office Effective communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Social Media presence for recruitment purposes Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
