RN - Compliance Specialist
This position can be a work from home or hybrid - in office/work from home position for the right candidate.
RN - Compliance Specialist - Can be remote or hybrid (office/work from home) Fundamental AdministrativeServices, LLC is searching for an experienced Registered Nurse to supportclient skilled nursing centers in multiple states.
The RN ComplianceSpecialist will assist in coordinating compliance audits, claim denial/appealresponse, quality monitoring, education development, recognition initiativesand other compliance related outreach activities.
Will developcompliance policies, serves as a resource for client skilled nursing entitiesand collaborate with client staff/external entities in compliance relatedactivities.
Performs otherappropriate functions as may be requested.
Qualifications Ideal candidate must be a skilledcommunicator, director and motivator and be able to organize and prioritize taskseffectively.
Must be able to travel by air andpersonal automobile as needed Registered Nurse (RN) withunencumbered license to practice in State.
Must have 3-5 years of nursingexperience with primary focus in long term care.
Must have 2
years experience withNursing Facility Minimum Data Set (MDS) management.
Experience in auditingMedicare, Medicaid and Insurance claims preferred Must be proficient with Word, Excel,Outlook and related applications.
