As a receptionist/clinic coordinator, you are a vital part of the patient journey.
This includes scheduling patients from their first call (or email), greeting/checking-in patients as they enter the clinic (Copays, Outcomes Forms, Scheduling and Questions), assisting with inventory/orders and keeping the facility beautiful and neat.
