Digital Marketing Coordinator (remote, home based)

Digital Marketing Coordinator - (Remote, Home Based) Reporting directly to the Manager of Digital Marketing and Vice President of Marketing, the digital marketing coordinator acts as a marketing liaison to multiple departmental digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at core understanding and demonstrated ability of social media marketing, website content editing through WordPress, and graphic design knowledge.

Core
Responsibilities:
Create email marketing templates in Constant Contact and manage user access.
Create graphic content to support field marketing efforts in Canva Application:
direct mail print templates, email templates, flyers, events, promotions, social media graphics, testimonial graphics, etc.
Basic management of Facebook pages:
adding and removing page roles, auditing content, and posting content on behalf of marketing managers.
Contribute to social media marketing calendar and manage entries provided by activities department and business development team.
Create blog posts and making website content changes through WordPress.
Liaison for reputation monitoring and management; posting replies from legal department and providing auditing for monthly reports.
Assist in the updating of technical documentation as it relates to marketing and business development reporting.
Bonus:
Basic knowledge of HTML editing with a WYSIWYG editor (Dreamweaver).
Knowledge of Google Analytics Reporting.
Microsoft SharePoint Intranet Knowledge of healthcare marketing as it relates to HIPAA.
Minimum Qualifications 3
years of experience in a digital media marketing.
High School Degree, or Equivalent, with 5 years' relevant experience; or Associates Degree or higher with 3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to think outside of the box and innovate with creative marketing strategies.
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
Collaborative team player who can build relationships and work productively with marketing managers on behalf of client facilities.
Must live within 1hr of the Sparks, MD office and available to travel if required for project coordination and training as needed (1-2 times a year).
Required Skills:
Experience creating blog posts and editing content in WordPress.
Basic experience performing graphic and photo adjustments in Adobe Photoshop.
Experienced in creating graphic templates in Canva for use across teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of document library structures within a company Intranet.
Experienced in creating and editing email marketing templates in Constant Contact.
